Although still very much under development, this new web site is more extensible and will allow us to add features as required.

Note that the user system for this web site is not integrated with any of our control panels - we currently have four separate user systems spread over different machines, so it would be a bit difficult to tie them all together.

However we are planning to make administrative and FTP logins work on this site, and progressively add advanced support features which will tie in with them.
