Networking and On-Site Assistance

We have configured a number of networks for our customers, setting up routers, Windows Internet Connection Sharing, file sharing, internal mail servers and so forth. If you need help setting up software or just cleaning your computer out we can come to your aid.

Server management

We manage a number of Windows and Linux servers for our clients, keeping them up to date with security patches, resolving technical issues and configuring services. Generally these arrangements are based on a monthly contract with a guaranteed level of service, and any additional time is billed separately.

Rates

Our external consultancy rate for the above services is $100 / hour plus 10% GST. Our minimum billing period is 1 hour plus travel. Additional time is charged in 12 minute ($20 + GST) increments. Those are our benchmarks but more details are available in the attached document.
