If you want to create email forwarders (or "aliases"), log into your Site Administrator control panel and go to "Configure SMTP Sendmail Server" under "Services". You will note that several email aliases already exist. Generally speaking you should not delete these. To add an email alias click on the "Add an alias" button. In the "Forward To" box you can select an existing email alias or mailbox to forward mail for this address to. You can make multiple selections by holding down the Control key. In the "Forward To (outside of domain)" box you can enter one or several email addresses separated by commas or on new lines that the mail for this alias will get forwarded to. Click on the "Add alias" button to complete the process. Generally speaking if you create an alias it will override a mailbox with the same name. The only exception is the "catch-all" alias (receives mail for all undefined email addresses) which, by default, forwards to the mailbox belonging to the Site Administrator user (the one you logged in as). We normally recommend that you create an email alias with the same name as the Site Administrator user and forward it to another mail box that is actively checked, otherwise the Site Administrator mailbox can overflow and cause quota problems.
