You may have uploaded your files to the wrong directory - this is the most common explanation. Please ensure that you copy the FTP details we sent you accurately. On the linux server the remote directory setting should be "mainwebsite_html" and on the Windows 2000 server it's usually "www". Once you've checked your settings, make sure you refresh the page properly. In Internet Explorer, you do this by holding down the Control Key while clicking on the Refresh icon in the toolbar. This is called "forcing a reload" and if you don't do it your ISP's proxy servers or your computer's browser cache may be feeding you old information. You may also need to delete the old default page. When we set up new accounts we put a placeholder page in there usually called index.html. If your home page is called index.htm or default.htm for instance, the index.html file would have priority and be displayed first. Try going to www.yourdomain.com/index.htm or www.yourdomain.com/default.htm to see if your page is there.
