You can use the handy tool at the bottom of the "Login" page to determine which server your email and web site are on. We basically we have two main servers: the linux server (lx2.blueskyhost.NET) and the Windows 2003 server (win2k.blueskyhost.COM). You can usually tell which server your site is on by looking at the IP address that your domain name points to. For instance, if you go to www.dnsstuff.com and type "www.yourdomain.com" into the top right hand box where it says "DNS Lookup" (leave the drop-down box that says "A" alone). Click on "Lookup" and it goes to another page with a table on it. In the "Answer" column is the IP address that your web site's URL points to. If it's one of the following, then you can tell which server you're on: 207.44.202.59 - linux server 207.44.154.102 - windows 2003 server If it's none of the above then you'll need to contact us for assistance. Customers whose sites are hosted on the Windows server generally have their mail set up on the linux server (blueskyhost.NET).
